EACH COMPETITOR ENTERS UNDER THEIR OWN RESPONSIBILITY
I hereby confirm that the data in my Application Form are truthful. I declare that I am healthy and fully capable of active participation in the race and that I have had a medical examination. I will abide by the Propositions and all other rules of the organizers and I am participating in the race under my own responsibility. I confirm that I accept the risks arising from my participation in the race and that I will therefore make no claims for damages. I hereby agree that the organizers publish my data, photographs, film footage and statements in the media and I will request no compensation for it from the organizers. I confirm that, 15 minutes after the official announcement of results of the race, I will make myself available to the organizers for protocol purposes, in my sports outfit with the start number. |
